Make homemade hummus with Bakkali

The ingredients you will need (serves 5 people)

Drained chickpeas |
600 grams |
Crushed garlic |

Juiced lemon |

Part 1- Blend the ingredients
- Drain the chickpeas
- Rinse the chickpeas in a colander under cold water.
- Tip the chickpeas into a food processor with 60ml of water.
- Blitz the mixture until almost smooth.
- Add the lemon, tahini and garlic. Blitz the mixture again.
- Gradually pour in 30 ml of water (if the mixture is too thick)
- Blitz again until the mixture is smooth.
Part 2- Serve
- Season the hummus with a pinch of sea salt.
- Transfer it into a bowl.
- Swirl the top of the hummus with the back of a spoon. It will look Instagrammable!
- Drizzle some olive oil on it (optional)
