Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to most postcodes in Greater London (within the M25). For a full list of postcode please visit our delivery coverage page: https://bakkali.app/pages/grocery-delivery-near-me
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of the listed postcodes at the moment. However we are always working on increasing our delivery coverage. So if you would like us to deliver to your area, please stay in touch with us by dropping us an email at hello@bakkali.app. Make sure to tell us where you want us to deliver to!
Do you deliver across the UK?
Not at the moment. We only cover most postcodes in Greater London (within the M25). We are working on expanding our delivery coverage all across the UK, because we believe everyone should be able to access the foods they love and grew up!
Can I get next day delivery?
Yes, if you place an order before 11am, then you can get your order the next day. On occasion due to demand, our next day delivery service will be closed. You’ll see our earliest available delivery date at checkout, once you’ve filled our your address details.
I ordered just after 11am, can I get next day delivery?
Unfortunately our 11am cut off time is a hard cut off time, and if you order after 11am, you won’t be able to request next day delivery. This is because we need time to prepare, pack and ship your order so you have the best possible experience.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, if you don’t need your order the next day, then you can choose any delivery date in the future. All available delivery dates will be at checkout, once you’ve put in your address and you can select the date you like, before you put in your billing details.
Do you deliver yourselves?
No, we use third party delivery delivery partners who deliver all our orders.
What days do you deliver?
Our delivery partners deliver everyday, except Sundays. So Monday to Saturday.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery partners deliver throughout the day, anytime from 8am to 8pm. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link from our delivery partners via email. From the tracking link, you’ll know exactly when your order will be at your door.
How much is delivery?
If your order is over £30, your order is delivered free of charge. However if your order is less than that then we charge between £5.99 to £8.99, depending on where you live. We do this so we pay everyone fairly, our makers, pickers, packers and delivery partners.
When do I receive my order?
You’ll receive your order on the day you chose as you checked out. Once ordered, you can also see your delivery date on the Order Confirmation email you would receive. Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. You can even spend only £1 with us! But please note, if you spend less than £30 there will be a delivery charge between £5.99 and £8.99, depending on where you live.
