Vegan Falafel

When you think of Middle Eastern food, beef and lamb can cross your mind.

But fun fact: Arabs take care of the vegans too.

We’ve already explored vegan hummus, but that’s a delicious side or dip.

But falafel can be the star of your next meal.

Falafel is the Middle Eastern response to vegan meatballs. And falafels came into fashion way before plant-based meat substitutes we find today!

Spoiler alert: It costs under £2 per serving (Yes, we did the maths!)
