Storage Instructions:

Since a black avocado is already ripe, it's best to enjoy it within a day or two. To extend its shelf life slightly, refrigerate it whole for up to 1-2 days. However, be aware that refrigeration can sometimes affect the flavour and texture of a very ripe avocado. If you don't plan to use it immediately, it's best to buy a less ripe avocado and store it at room temperature until it softens.
