Storage Instructions:

Store unripe avocados at room temperature until they yield slightly to pressure. Once ripe, refrigerate them for up to 3 days. For longer storage, you can mash the avocado flesh, squeeze with lemon juice to prevent browning, and freeze in an airtight container.
