"My parcel (Order #35351) was left in my garden at the back door with no note or notification, even though it could have been placed at the front door porch. I only discovered it later and all the meat inside was spoiled and smelling, with the gel packs fully melted. Customer service asked for photos to process a refund, but after sending them they are now refusing compensation. Unacceptable handling of perishable food deliveries."
