Storage Instructions:

Store fresh tarragon in the refrigerator, wrapped in a damp paper towel and placed inside a sealable plastic bag. This will keep it fresh for up to 5 days. Alternatively, you can freeze tarragon for longer storage by chopping it and blanching it for 30 seconds before freezing in an airtight container.
